Cultural practice: French cuisine

You always dreamed to come into a local french Parisian kitchen, to take french cuisine classes & to eat at his place? To visit a typical French market place where you can learn about its history and meet artisans handmade goods marketplace? You just need to meet Gerardo in a café and have a stroll in the marketplace to learn about it and buy the food we will need to our cooking class and lunch at Sébastian’s place, a French local passionate about cooking.

Program: 

• Aligre marketplace discovery & food purchasing for the cooking lesson with Gerardo (1h)
• Cooking class with Sébastien in his kitchen (2h)
• Lunch all together (1h)
• Group of 6 persons maximum & 3 minimum only on the wee-end
• Activity in French, English, Spanish or Chinese
